How to buy vz.58 rifle, vz.52 pistol, and revolver firearms
How to Order (non-FFL customers)
(1) Enter the order on our encrypted website. Credit cards are not charged until orders are packed and ready to be shipped. To increase the speed of order processing, phone orders are no longer accepted. Most firearm and parts orders should ship between 7 and 10 business days of receiving the order.
(2) If a specific FFL (gun store) is preferred, check-mark the box: "Ship my order to the following FFL." CzechPoint uses the customer's preferred FFL 99% of the time.
(3) If a specific FFL is unknown, check-mark the box: "Ship my order to FFL dealer nearest my home address." CzechPoint will locate a dealer closest to the customer's home address in the same city. If an FFL can only be located in another city, CzechPoint will contact the customer to confirm if the FFL in the alternate city is acceptable.
Exception: purchasers of vz.52 pistols must have their dealer contact CzechPoint and send FFL copy to CzechPoint by e-mail or fax. As with FFL dealers, C&R holders must fax or e-mail license to CzechPoint.
(4) When the website order is complete, an order number is given and the order page can be printed or saved. An e-mail confirmation is not sent for firearms, parts, or accessories.
(5) The day after the firearm, part, and/or accessory is shipped, an e-mail confirmation will be sent confirming the tracking number. For firearm orders, confirmation of the gun dealer's information is included with the tracking number. CzechPoint pays for the customer's transfer fee (for vz.58 rifle purchases only) by including the gun dealer's check in the packing slip on the outside of the box.
Exception: purchasers of vz.52 pistols and revolvers must pay for any and all transfer fees charge by the dealer.
Additional information on vz.58 and vz.61 purchases:
- Advertised vz.58 and vz.61 firearms prices include shipping to the lower 48 states.
- No dealer fees charged to the buyer who purchases our vz. 58 rifle and/or vz. 61 Scorpion directly from CzechPoint.
- No sales tax for non-Tennessee residents when payment is made directly to CzechPoint, Inc. (buyers in California, Washington State, and Vermont may be required to pay State and Local sales tax to the gun store). CzechPoint does not pay sales tax.
- IF the buyer does not have a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer to process the transaction, CzechPoint will locate an FFL dealer free of charge to transfer the firearm.
- The advertised price you see is the price you get – no hidden charges and no additional fees or charges from the FFL dealer who processes the transaction!
To keep the CzechPoint Buyer Program as cost effective as possible, CzechPoint’s packaging allows very little room in the vz. 58 or vz. 61 box for additional parts and accessories. If small parts/accessories are purchased, and can easily fit into the firearm’s box, there will be no additional charge for shipping these small parts/accessories. For larger parts and accessories, a separate box will be shipped to the buyer’s home address and additional shipping fees will be charged. CzechPoint will contact the buyer with these additional shipping fees.
Before placing your order, please confirm that there are no legal restrictions for you to own firearms, or magazines, or parts, or accessories. Do not place an order with CzechPoint, Inc. if you are uncertain of the legality of owning it in your state and/or city. In addition, ensure that you meet the minimum age requirement for owning a pistol or a rifle and that you are able to pass a firearms background check. If a person makes payment for firearms, magazines, parts, or accessories, and it is not legal for the buyer to possess, there will be a 15% restocking fee plus any costs associated to shipping. ALL FIREARMS WILL BE SHIPPED TO A FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENCE HOLDER - NO EXCEPTIONS.
