Sa vz. 61 Scorpion SBR
CzechPoint currently has a limited number of Scorpion SBRs in stock that can be transferred on a Form 3. CzechPoint will pay for shipping, but All NFA transfer fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. In addition, the purchaser must make arrangements with their own dealer to complete this transfer. The semi-automatic Sa vz. 61 Scorpion can possess a functional folding stock (registered as an SBR – Short Barreled Rifle) if the proper paperwork is submitted and approved by the BATFE (all NFA rules apply).
